Our senses

(tests, feel, hear, smell and see), are the most important bodies which we use daily. Not only for recognize but also for storing new memories.
We frequently stand not quiet at looking after our senses, but according to the Ayurveda this is as an important task like taking a shower or a bath. Only when there are complaints occur we are often tempted to treat our senses
Just if there actions complaints we frequently tended our treat senses. Ayurveda learns us that our senses also must be cleaned regularly. This creates a better balance in the body and the chance of problems decreases.
Below you find a recommendation from the Ayurveda concerning treating the senses.
Ears (hear)
Karnapooradi taila: the traditional oil for the ear. Weak and frist make up the interview. Application the ear is filled with oil.
Mouth (tasting)
Irimidadi taila: an oil pleasantly stimulating. Use: one gargles or rinses the mouth with oil, or holds oil a spell in the mouth. For lack of clarity of the senses, loss of taste, at bad breath, mouths and cog disorders.
Nose (smell)
Nasya: a drop of oil in the nose. 2 drops for sleeping go and 2 drops upon awakening. Best at too much Vata and mental complaints such as depressions, headache, migraine and insomnia.
At Kapha: Anu taila or Shadabindu taila.
At Pitta: Kseerbala taila.
At Vata: Dhanvantari taila
Eyes (see)
Netra bindu (drops) or Triphala gritha (for eye bath)
Skin (feel)
Abhyanga or the general body massage. See under assortment the small bar " skin care" .
